- fixed radsoc PPS, from forming republican intermarium, even if they are under monarchy

- Updated for compatibility with base Kaiserredux (airport.txt fix)
- Some changes to starting situation and "lore"
- New ways to get some paths
- Added more bonuses to democratic paths
- Added Royal Council Tree, and German Takeover tree (both are barebones but I wanted to finally release those)
- Legionists can now become either more left or right wing, depending on the focus tree decisions (Technocracy is still possible; please refer to the guides on the main page)
- Legionists can now restore democracy under the republic
- Fixed a lot of spelling mistakes

Update to fix crashing on loading the game
(I honestly think that something got screwed up in the cloud, and it didn't download properly for some people, so I hope it will fix that, but be sure to reinstall the mod if it doesn't work)
