Completed my time travel mission to rescue Polish ministers
(Question marks instead of minister portraits, and them lacking proper names, should be fixed now)

Disabled work-in-progress stuff I forgot about

(KX removed some ministers so some minister-ideas icons might be missing)

- Added ministers for Gomułka
- Fixed Rybarski and Niećko (ministers) names not displaying properly
- Fixed "POL_pps_soc_party" localisation

- leader for left-PSL changed to Józef NIećko
- improved some portraits (mainly their coloring)
- some spelling/grammar corrections

Made coring method (for formables) more foolproof

New portrait for Mikołajczyk
