Added blacksmithing tongs because they're categorized as junk, and pipe wrench because for some reason with my installed mods, it's not included as WeaponTool.

Changed crafting from Belt (junk) to Belt (accessory)

Bugfixed a typo that was preventing the toobelt from only accepting tools & such

Added cooking category to the toolbelt
