Prevent camera toggling when holding Ctrl key, thanks for reporting @Patrick.

Added an alternative to F9 when the keybind is disabled. The camera key will still cycle if Alt key is pressed.

Added commands to disable V keybind and to move camera to left. Also a small tweak to make camera transitions a bit smoother.
