Fixed possible crash bug after battle event
Implemented following console commands to debug:
- kotr-reset-vow "Paladin Name" knightvow|questingvow|grailvow|complete
usage: kotr-reset-vow "Hector" questingvow -> Hector vow progress will be reset to questing vow.
- kotr-spawn-louis
usage: kotr-spawn-louis -> spawns His Enormity, Louis le Gros.
