Proficiency categories can be rearranged and collapse. Arrangement is saved.
Backstories may now have conditional rolls for proficiencies - Roll X times with Y chance, each success pulls a weight proficiency from a list of options
Backstory patcher now provides an area to create templates that can be applied with 1 click to a selected def
Better proficiency auto-complete on backstories - Should be better at adding necessary prerequisites and removing orphaned ancestors.
Backstory extensions have updated with an additional level between the root and actual proficiencies. Patches need to be re-exported, but will load just fine for now.

- XP Decay removed
- Add textbooks that generate a learning rate multiplier when used by students in class
- Add bookshelves to store textbooks
- Students in classrooms that contain relevant textbooks will attempt to gather one for each proficiency being learned. Currently these are piled up unceremoniously around the student. Solution to follow
- Add neurotrainers to instantly learn most proficiencies

- Modify Research Reinvented integration point - Existing opportunity specific requirements are still applied, but now the vanilla research proficiency requirements are also enforced over top, so rather than being less restrictive, use of both mods is even more restrictive.

Added Pioneering
Pioneering is a new system for painstakingly learning a proficiency without a teacher or other source of knowledge to start from. Essentially, view it as coming up with the knowledge through experimentation, trial and error, and creating processes from scratch. Pioneering is a slow process, with many proficiencies intended to take 1 year or longer to complete. As such, it will always be a better option to find someone who already knows the proficiency, or buying a rather expensive neurotrainer instead.
Textbooks will help greatly, applying roughly a 250% boost to xp generated by pioneering activities if studied (automatically) each day.
Textbooks and neurotrainers may be found from industrial and above traders regularly.

In theory it should be save compatible. Simple tests showed that it is, but everyone is running different modlists and has different gamestates, so your mileage may vary.

- Fix some outdated patches for combat extended and vanilla expanded
- Fix Research Reinvented integration patches - Should not interfere if you haven't disabled the patch provided by PeteTimeSix, but it is no longer required.
