-fixed funny normal on back of head that was pising me off

-added back hair cards from original head
-fixed some bad normals on head
-perfected flex wrinkle strength and replication (now 1:1 with pre TLS bill)
-changed head material to patch that includes original head material

-fixed missing bill_color texturegroup for bile

-corrected face normals on head

-re-added halflambert 1 vmt property, accidently got excluded from using l4d1 vmt

-added mouth interior to head detail texture

-improved head normal texture

-added retex cdmaterials dir
-added head retexture support
-improved texture on forhead ever so slightly
