-fixed issue where player in vehicle could get hit
-now you have a chance to hear shrapnel flyby sounds if you are behind wall close to explosion

-fixed issue when sometimes player weapon could block shrapnel
-added better collision finding
-added ability to turn on damage based on distance from explosion (formula: dmg = 200/distance[m]) in this mode max. damage that can be done is 30hp
-changed max. shrapnel and sound travel distance to approx. 200 meters
-changed conVars
-distance in debug mode is now shown in meters instead of gmod units
