Fixed bug where rulers did not take the generated parents as spouses/concubines.

Fixed bug where not all legitimized bastards had a parent generated for them.

Fixed bug where all rulers game rule was assigning incorrect parent to child and the ruler.

Fixed bug where legitimized bastards were not being included in legitimate game rule.

Fixed bug where generated parents were not married to the rulers or made their concubines. Which was caused by an error on my part when publishing so the last repo changes were not released.
