- Changed close grab check to use a box instead of a line to the center, should make close grabs more consistent.

- Made the grab indicator more visually pleasing.

- Changed range grab offset behavior to no longer do palm rotation. The old behavior can be re-enabled with vrgrab_range_palm.

- GrabAndPose() in the ArcVR fix no longer has a timer.


- Added Gravity Gloves.

- Added convars vrgrab_gravitygloves and vrgrab_gravitygloves_minrange.
