Fixed slight error in overflow calculations
Prevent the skill given to all characters by Trickle Down being multiplied

Fixed a pretty major issue with the new multiplier calculation that was giving way too much skill. Sorry about that!

Skill multiplier no longer goes over the pre-death multiplier if you gain a lot of skill at once
Multiplier no longer applies to most abilities (books, trickle down, apprenticeship, etc)

Fixed an exception that occurred on startup when the save data did not yet exist
