truedeath3: code optimization, Q-menu settings tab.

New features in truedeath3:
  • Added blackout mode on death which is set by default, but can be switched to the old mode anytime.
  • Q-menu settings have been added where the blackout modes (from old to new) can be switched and the Instant death screen can be turned on or off (no server restart required).
  • Cvars (also mentioned in the settings for your convenience):
    - truedeath_enabled (1 by default)
    - truedeath_mode (2 by default)
    To see all available values, enter a command in the console.
