Added some missed or new units (mostly spawn types)

further tweeked marks so better units get better marks.

Added pox rider which I missed

Changed the marks so that different levels don't have the same stats

Lots of re-balancing (especially for nurgle) - better units have access better marks.

Crash because CA has 5 names for some units and liked to use one at random
