– Add decision for taxation capacity
– Removed limit for buildings per province. Now if you lack 1000 railway it will add them, not just 50 as previously
– Fixed bug where incorrect production methods were expected in provinces with railways lvl 0
– Some minor issues & performance gains
– Shouldn't show incorrect metadata warning at launch now
