Fixed a bug that was preventing Esau Jr. from getting any items when first used.

- Fixed various bugs, most majorly related to Genesis, Damocles, and item generating cards/runes.
- Added guaranteed There's Options prize for Harbingers and Steven.
- Prevented Chaos from being given by D4 rerolls.
- Added TMTRAINER to the list of blacklisted items.
- Made it so The Poop cannot be drawn from item pools, only from a Mystery Gift failure.
- Made it so Krampus drops Mystery Gift instead of A Lump of Coal.
- Added option for the player to give themselves a Schoolbag in the starting room.
- Gave Schoolbag the 'quest' tag to prevent it from being rerolled or removed once obtained.
