- Fixed an oversight which was preventing Alabaster Box from generating angel room items on The Void.
- Made it so Mystery Gifts aren't generated when Eden picks up Birthright, if they have an effect that causes extra items to appear (e.g. Damocles, Glitched Crown).

- Added a fix to account for a rare scenario where the cloned boss from Vanishing Twin won't drop Mystery Gift.
- Fixed various oversights rellated to rotating item pedestals (e.g. the Glitched Crown effect).

Made a small improvement to Mystery Gifts generating Devil Room items in the first room of Dark Room. (Now extra Damocles items will also be from the Devil Room pool.)

Fixed various issues with item replacement not working correctly for rotating item pedestals, or with items dropped by Tainted Isaac.

- Fixed various issues related to Damocles and Diplopia/Crooked Penny item duplication.
- Added support for certain static drops to be replaced with Mystery Gift.
- Prevented Golden Horse Shoe from appearing.
- Fixed a couple of bugs that could occur in co-op.
- Added the ability to spawn devil room items in the Dark Room starting room.
- Made it so items spawned on the Void are drawn from item pools according to the backdrop theme instead of the room type.
