Fixed trophy erroring when a traitor killed an innocent and the traitor joined the game late

Fixed earning "Terrorist Hero" achievement incorrectly

- Made some trophies work with the new "hidden trophy" feature
- Fixed lua error with "Lie your way out of this one"
- Changed description of "Why won't you die?" to be more clear
