Removed cm:get_local_faction() things so it might work in MP. Added Treeman as an Eternity King bonus. Now Elf units gained by the feature won't show % in their recruitment panel.

Fixed start turn script braking when the effect is full. Fixed some localizations. Added 'Murderous Prowess to other elf units' and 'weapon strength vs Chaos' effect.
Now Malekith gains access to the shadow lore on uniting all the Ulthuan and Athel Loren. Shadow lore trait does not work retroactively, and you have to either load the save before, or use a cpecific traits manager.

Fixed a bug where eternity_0 UI is not given at the start of the turn.

Added Athel Loren UI, give some Dark Elf diplo bonus to the effect
