Fixed error which broke carpenter left over from previous fixes

Fixed Recipes and Explosive shell

Fixed gatling gun and gunsmith recipes not showing in job blocks

Added new jobs, and new decorative items, a new tool set which will be expanded in future along with a bunch of modular decorative blocks what can be used to build things in the world. At lot of the items are mesh and use vertex colours not texturs.
