Update for most recent game version.

Fixed some menu stuff so they should appear properly instead of a blank space.

Added 7 new decorative tents. 2 bigguns (Big Tent V1 & V2), and 5 smaller ones (Small Tent V1-V5).

A Public Stage to perform your best productions, and also so people can throw vegetables at you.

Introducing the Wheelz of Pain (registered trademark): 3 new prison wagons that act like the regular wheels of pain except they don't take up as much space and look way, way cooler! Should be labeled as Prisoner Wagon V1-V3.
