compat update for the new vr weapon replacer script

compatability with NecoArcVR wave 2 - allowing weapons to be picked up completely seemlessly

better code, bunch of fixes
full changes:
- picking up regular props no longer activates item pickup
- weapons now pickup instantly upon grab
- better and more efficient code
- no longer affects non-VR players in multiplayer
- no longer disables item pickup in desktop mode
