Update 1.1

- Notebook error fixes
- Removed Dread Spells from the game (This is due to the fact that the app handles its own dread spells)
- Removed Monster Cards on display (Cards are still available in Chimera box)
- Adjusted Hand Zones to have a better feel and to not block the PlayTable.
- Raised the Auto Dice Roller higher from the table to not obscure view of the PlayTable.
- Increased size of Auto Dice Roller
- Added a Discard Bag
- Turned on Grid by default

This update was to try and simplify the setup for players who are not Familiar with Tabletop Simulators editing tools. Making a better "Straight out of the box" experience.
