-Added the Vancouver Velocity remix from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Happy Wave 5 day! (Had to remove Starmonized's remix in exchange though, the 8DX theme would never play otherwise. Be sure to check it out still, though! Very grateful they allowed me to use it while it lasted.)
-Tweaked the stage's palette to resemble the MK8DX version a bit more.

-Lowered the upper blast zone's distance.
-Added a new theme, a great remix of the Vancouver Velocity theme by Starmonized. Check out the link to it in the page's description! As thanks, I added their logo to the jumbotron in the Rogers Arena.
