Fixed box giving the player a gun they were holding and giving multiple wonder weapons.
Fixed UI not respawning after a game over.
Tweaked damage and vox frequency on explosive weapons.
nerfed frequency of on_gib vox.
fixed players being assigned to default pavlov guy or a marine when and ultimus character is available.
Buffed DG-2 range.
Fixed Winter's howl not updating properly.
fixed MG42 not pack-a-punching.
buffed flamethrower.
rebalanced infinite round 1.
nerfed flashy lights when hit or downed.

DR:
Fixed UI not displaying properly when upgrading grenades or juggernog.
fixed zombie zones.
nerfed dog spawn frequency on zombie rounds.
fixed collisions for all chainlink fences.
zombies will now path correctly from the secret room.
