- Updated all modules to the latest version of Stations from beyond which fixed several issues.
- Edited some modules to work with custom DynamicEuropa events. For example modules with bars will feature a bartender.
- Added custom module flags and outpost generation parameters to better support the variety of different modules and control outpost looks.

- Fixed a docking module without power spawning on settlement locations.

- Fixed for 1.0
- Adjusted docking modules to use DynamicEuropa's custom "Job Board" item and generate the modules using the new module flags.
