Fair: raised knockback angle

-reduced base knockback for beginning of attack
-reduced SDI and Drift multipliers for beginning of attack
-increased hitstun multiplier for beginning of attack
-changed angle flipper for beginning of attack from 9 to 4
-added visual and audible impact to final hit
