Added one more texture for the new QS coal hoppers.

Added a bunch of decals for ass food and myself.

Fixed cab interior floor detail on the SD70ACU kit (the SD70ACe and SD70M-2 models will also get this treatment when the big update for these comes around).

Added OMA decals (ass_food).

Fixed CM&Q Times New Roman decals being an "off-white" colour (thanks to SPDaylight7399 for pointing it out and taking it upon himself to fix it).
