Bugfixes:
- menu will be opened over serverside hook, this will ensure even if your shitty chat addon overrides clientside hooks, you can still open the menu
- SQL errors in first install
- old settings in the db destroying other settings

Improvemnts:
- Removed settings for non-existing command /id
- Added new german trigger for roll commandl >> "/würfel"
