Bumped horsepower from 640 to 700 to more closely resemble origional mod (origional modification mod had 800 horsepower, stock M998 had about 400). M998 kinda handles like a sports car now, but it tows vehicles better.

Update 1 - Attempt to fix issues to get mod working.
