There are 3 russian language folders now. These do not contain a russian translation. It is still english. You can rename those folders to the language you are using, if you dont play on english. Or just keep them. Playing on a different language will nullify this translation mod unless there is a folder representing your chosen game language.

Just a small follow-up update. Removed a file in the previous update but didn't check if it changed something. Added the file again, it adds translations for hidden hediffs.
