2x drone deploying bombers in T3 combat phase now, attempted more fixes on messages not showing up for players.

removed ambush events from all airbases, added drone bombers to Tier 3 as an introduction to the unit for the final fight.

adjust ambush message timing at airbase C, fixed Bravo Tier 2 aircraft loadout (it was on recommended, not forced)

added a ring of drones after the deck is buzzed during the last fight

spawn location adjustments, removed 1 cruiser for the last fight. 4 cruisers for carrier hp bar
