- remove 'Extra Player Buff Slots' config so this mod can now be completely client side
- allow scrolling fullscreen map regardless of an item being used
- allow scrolling recipes list regardless of an item being used
- change the way this mod's tweaks to the player update and the hotbar scrolling are done, so as to reduce the chance of conflicts with other mods
- remove "Hotbar Is Always Interactive" config
- add "Disable This Mod's Changes To The Hotbar" config
- add "Disable This Mod's Changes To The Item Slots" config
- mouse scroll will no longer focus buff's bars which have their scrollbar hidden (such as when the 'Smart Hide Scrollbar' config is on)

- change the way this mod's tweaks to the drawing of item slots are done, so as to reduce the chance of conflicts with other mods
- no longer just select the item pointed to by the hotbar as soon as the current item animation ends, now you're required to have let go of the left mouse at least once during the item animation
