Added debug convar ttt_trophies_debug, which forces trophies to re-load every round. Useful for testing out making your own trophies, but may break things if enabled during real games of TTT.

- Fixed buy 'em all trophies erroring when buying, or being given through the randomat, an item that isn't in your buy menu
- Fixed detective random items trophy erroring when buying a Randomat as the Randoman role
- Fixed item-buying trophies counting items given by the randomat
