Removed "playable = { always = no }" & "ai_playable = { always = no}" from civics to allow multiplayer games to function properly. Was using it to hide civics but turns out that causes issues in multiplayer.

Added various Psionic Humanoid ship deaths and a few other various effects to a couple classes as I was currently working on that when I had to fix this issue. Consider it a sneak peak.

Fixed an issue with Militarist/Spiritualist/Materialist Perfection Projects checking for Xenophile for Militarist and Pacifist for Spiritualist/Materialist

Added 2 events to fix issues caused but these problems

To fix the issue use console commands:
event psiexpanded_civics.99 <- If you have only done project 3
event psiexpanded_civics.999 <- If you have done project 4 but use the above command first

Fixed issue with Ascension Project for Militarist/Spiritualist/Materialist checking for Xenophile instead of their correct ethics

Updated second project wait event to be "has_technology = tech_expanded_psionic_theory" instead of just "tech_expanded_psionic_theory"

Now you should actually be able to take part in the other 90% of the mod...

Fixed Psionic Ascension, Ascension Perks, not not requiring themselves.
Reduced number of needed perks for ascension from 5 to 4

Added "country_government_civic_points_add = 1" to Neutrals Tier 2-4s Psionic Tranquility & Psionic Balance that I forgot include last time...

Set civic_shrouded_origins to not be possible. Only just now realizing that is the Origin...

Added forgotten Machine/Hive Psionic Theory techs

Added Telekinetic Starbase Engineering tech (-10% starbase building/module cost)
^Note: I meant for this to be about the actual build speed. I thought Modular Engineering improved build speed and used its modifiers without checking.

Added Megascale Telekinesis Tech (+20% Megastructure construction speed)
^Note: I wanted to make this also reduce the cost of building them but I couldnt find such a modifier.

Changed Telekinetic Construction icon

Hid Psionic Cityscapes from empire creation

Added proper localization to Shipsets
^Note: I want to hide the shipsets in their entirety or at least 2 of them but cannot figure out how to prevent them from showing up.

Fixed the old localization of Psionic Terraforming Techniques. It started with "WIth" changed to "With"
