-Addressed issue with bots interacting with ballast ladders

- Fixed bottom docking hatch. It should work now.

- Adjusted the waypoints; The AI should be able to reach the all of the weapon periscopes now.

-linked cabinet to fabricator in engineering.

-Added medical compartments to the small shelf in the medbay. Giving medics 9 more slots to store things in.

- fixed small pump in engine room. It should now work properly.
