Pretty big update.

  • +5 hack no longer grows over time, but is available right away.
  • Allowed rolling Ex-Lancer/Infiltrator/Biotic (good combos) and Blademaster. (helps rarity)
  • Now blocks Keeper for its grapple hijinks. Comment out changes/reroll to fix broken units.

Reworked Unstoppable Force to punish dipping deep more heavily while also raising the speed ceiling. Changed spec growths to compensate. (+5 aim, shifted some other growths around)
