added more names and increased the frequency of certain first names based on the most common american and russian names

added more names and fixed a typo. changed how it works so there are now 3 components to the name instead of 2 allowing for even more variety just like in 2042 🤗

for some reason, at least for me, “enable for player” needs to be enabled for both the us and russian mutators even if theyre on different teams for it to work. if it doesnt work for you even after doing that, let me know and ill see what else i can do to fix it (again)
