added a few more us and russian names, made russia raven by default and added the option to use a custom player name that will change on respawn, or not if you just type one. useful for roleplays probably!

just found out that polish slavic names are in 2042 so i added a few of those and got to add a favourite streamers surname as a result 😆

very sorry i had no idea most russian names ending in a were feminine. thats really cute actually! 🙈
removed them because i personally play using a male team voice, but if anyone wants a separate female version ill do that. just let me know 😊
