- Added the ability to configure roles that can own a magnum (console command)
- The mu_fakemagnum_giveonstart command has been replaced with mu_fakemagnum_giveonstartrole and now allows you to adjust the receipt of a fake magnum by various roles
- Removed debugging functions used in development
