* Added a settings tab located in utilities -> Hollow Nextbot.

* Added a health ConVar.

* Changed the teleportation to work better to conceal it.

* Added ConVar hollow_teleport_chance. This changes the chances for it to teleport every second when it gets too far away or it can't see you for more than 4 seconds.

* Changed the chances for it to teleport to be more reasonable than fast.
