- Fixed lighting issues on engines.
- Fixed lighting issues on reactor.

- Removed custom navigation terminal and replaced it with the vanilla one to fix the lighting issue and make it compatible with Real Sonar.
- Changed the top discharge coils to now trigger both at the same time as I now have 1 less button to use due to the navigation terminal being vanilla.
- Changed the colors of the metal frames behind doors and the submarine turret mounts to match the rusty look. They were way too shiny before so they stood out too much.

- Fixed bottom docking port not able to dock.

- Fixed bots sometimes unable to shoot the Flak cannon.
- Fixed bots sometimes falling down the ladder in storage compartment.
- Added a missing battery charging dock to reactor room.
