-Detached bike now has a player indicator

Fixes
-Death orbs no longer are clamped by the camera position when online (should prevent desyncs)
-Loading onto bike no longer unintentionally puts Mira in pratfall
-Detached bike wheelieing now exactly matches Mira's wheelie speed
-NSpecial reset array is now updated to the current order
