Fixed possible clientside memory leak that might happen when an entity is created outside of a player PVS and subsequently removed without being received by that player.

Since some poorly made addons use NPC based entities as if they were props and people keep complaining about that, I've just unlocked NPC bonemerge. Now you can bonemerge NPCs.

Fixed LUA error when external addons try to change the parent entity of a composite entity. Old constraints are removed correctly in those situations too.
