Large amount of misc changes, I don't remember all of them.
Changes include:
-MLRS holds more ammo in the loader
-Trash cannon loader resprite
-Damage changes on gauss cannon, MLRS, plasma cannon
-Trash cannon explosive ammo is cheaper
-Plasma ammo lasts longer
-etc...

-PAC now uses less ammo per shot overall.
-Fixed a long standing gauss cannon sprite issue
-Updated gauss cannon loader sprite
-Updated upgradeUI sprites for all guns.

-PAC piercing doing extremely high damage fixed. Caused by too high "penetration" factor.
-"Penetration" factor for all ammo types reworked.

-Reduced PAC de-focused ammo spread
-Gave Gauss cannon shots tracer colors
-Overwrite nitroglycerin to give it a recipe.

-MLRS ammo no longer autofills into railgun racks

-Trash cannon ammo can now be crafted with iron,tin, and alumnium in addition to copper. Not adding more metals because that would clog up the fabricator recipe list a lot.

-Changed loader sprites again; now more "damaged" than "rusted". The brown just didn't look very good in-game.
