- Fixed the UI bug.
- Removed the elector count units cost prestige and grand army of the empire features due to bugs. They will return in future.

- Bug fix for certain vanilla dilemmas not occurring.

Updated for patch 3.1. Make some changes in light of your feedback!

  • Cooldown between dilemmas is reduced from 10 turns to 5 turns and now only applies if you confederate a faction (previously the cooldown was applied on every choice).
  • Requirement for the number of turns a faction has to be your vassal is reduced from a random number between 20 - 30 to 15.
  • Vassalisation dilemma turn requirement of between 20 - 30 is now completely removed.
  • Relations requirement for vassalisation dilemmas is now reduced from 100 to 75.
  • Payloads for vassalisation are reduced from 20 turns to 10 turns.
