Updates V1.1:

Fixes:
- Fixed a script error on several tracks.
- Added a killer
- Changed volume on Pan Stadium

Tweaks/Changes:
- Small change to collission mechanisms.
- Fixed some textures on Kart interiors.
- The Windscreen of karts has been adjusted.
- Added Intro music to start up.
- New Start Up scripts to all tracks, triggered by getting to the starting line.

Added:
- 3 Tracks (Isle De Foxy, Mauri's Banana Farm, Dude Desert)
