- Lahore finally has a supply hub and in hand with it comes a little rework of Indian railways as we filled up some gaps in Western India (some more supply hubs arrived also in that region)
- Some rework of the amount of victory points in nations such as Greece, Transcaucasia, China and Spain
- Missing Finnish companies and MIOs are no longer missing
- French imperialistic ambitions were curbed down a little by additional requirements in order to give Germany some chances
- Massive buff to Japan with a number of bonuses now coming with their Support Qing focus tree branch but also buffed bonuses from economical focuses for interventionists and central plan, as well as from cooperating with the UK. Japan also finally has the possibility of coring Korea
- Overhaul of research time for all technologies, last part of it hopefully, which should conclude how research in AoI gameplay goes
- A number of smaller fixes

- German Asian focuses were buffed making their industry stronger and the nation in general better prepared for going full imperialist
- Field Hospitals now also heal horses and cavalrymen
- Switching from Free Market to Regulated Market via decision in Positive Assumptions tab is now much more easily accessible
- Russian economic recovery national spirit was rebalanced
- Infantry Weapons were made cheaper once more, returning to their old cost values
- Spanish Kingdom on game start is now properly blocked from doing anything drastic with their army
- Armoured Cars bonus to org for leg infantry was made more easily accessible by moving it up the Mass Assault doctrine tree
- Chinas should be now even more willing to join some faction
- Border conflict decision set is now hidden behind a custom game rule, it shall remain so until we rework it into more balanced mechanic
- Survivability Studies technology was made much more easily accessible again, say thanks to Paradox for confusing hella out with what this technology actually is
- Economy Laws values were overhauled for the sake of better balance (they were generally made stronger and more in line with the idea of what they should represent)
- Many of the general traits were reworked to be more in line with current vanilla values for them, which largely resulted in huge buffs
- Some small fixes

- Fix to Qing division template and missing technology for Maintenance Company
- Self-propelled armoured variants bonuses are from now on applied as intended by national spirits
- Finland should be more into this whole foreign politics thing

Changelog:
- Improved bonuses for British Raj national spirit Legacy of the Kitchener reforms
- Fix to special forces templates in Japan being blocked from editing and deleting
- You can now build in your allied nations following buildings: infrastructure, anti-air, radars, land forts and coastal forts
- Researching synthetic refineries, after many complaints, was made much shorter, pretty much cut in half
- AI should be more willing to choose advisors now
- Imperial Supervisor adviser trait were fixed into more useful ones
- Fixed Amanullah event for Afghanistan now actually switching the ruling party to conservatism if you chose to do so
- Fixed the name for non-integralist united Danubia
- Russian models and names were added for Transcaucasia
- Buff for military police and motorised MP, the former is now quite literally free organisation to your divisions, the motorised ones are also more useful in this regard
- Fixed some division templates having silly mistakes
- Fixed AI prioritisation for picking focuses aimed at developing and uniting the Altai Federation
- Highlander divisions and template were added for the United Kingdom on game start
- A bunch of missing tech that was used in division templates were added for nations that were missing them
- Production OOB was set up for all 3 Chinas
- Spain no longer shall be held back by the national spirit about rebuilding from the civil war, there is no more rebuilding from that
- The amount of XP given by army, air and navy chiefs was increased
- Afghan economic focuses were slightly buffed in order to make them more prepared for desperate defence later on/ Make them a better prize for India once they conquer them
- Maintanance Company now adds org and hp bonus to tanks and other armour battalions, making it hopefully tad more useful
- Russia can from now on obtain one more research slot early on into the game
- Austria will no longer be able to send out the infamous **cuckolding** ultimatums to Switzerland, Yugoslavia and Romania if these nations are at war, thus hopefully ending this ugly episode in history of the mod. Rest in peace to all the victims
- Massive fix to the recruitable population bonuses which were present in many national spirits and traits of the leaders. All of these should now work as intended

- Rework of values of the cultural and religious policies, thus hopefully making them bit more relevant gameplay wise in general, all while also making them less OP... I have to admit, they weren't designed in best way before
- Fixed some of the equipment bonuses from national spirits that weren't being applied correctly
- New national spirit added for all 3 Chinas that should make it harder for Chinas to scale so rapidly
- Fix to one of the Spanish Republican national spirits which bonuses were heavily outdated
- Fix to rocket adviser in Transcaucasia
- Fix for wrongfully assigned traits for some admirals
- Fix for Tibet education minister trait using a trait already assigned to a different minister
- Air wings orders GUI fix
- People's Empire of Ethiopia is in, long live monarcho communism!!!
- Fixed 6 years old typo in generic focus tree
- Fix to missing loc in one of the Mexican Government focuses
- Fix to Mexican Government mechanized division template
- Fix to one of the liberal ministers in Balkan Federation
- Signing Yugoslav constitution no longer causes Alexander I to become transexual
- Fixed loc for French events about creation of Tripartite

- Manpower in the logistics mechanic was added with its own indicator in the upper bar and decision set to manage it. This mechanic should add this one additional layer of realism to the mod, while also shall hopefully help to limit the spam of the number of units by AI
- Full Finnish content pack was added into the mod with unique focus tree, events, increased number of leaders and much more
- Chinese decisions in which they send ultimatums to frontier nations of Tibet, Xinjiang and Mongolia were patched up and should now work as intended for all Chinas, instead of just Qing
- Fixed decision to partition Romania so it would no longer result in Bessarabia being annexed by Moldavia without controlling it
- Freeman Freeman-Thomas now truly retires from India
- United Kingdom no longer has access to focus that allowed them to puppet Afghanistan (it was too much game breaking in the current set-up)
- Missing DLC artillery technologies are no longer missing
- Russia has positive assumptions now
- Russian decisions to cooperate with their old sphere of influence were fixed
- You can now take away AI's war declarations privilege
- SS units were disbanded, good riddance
- ~~Persia~~ Iran shall no longer be forever neutral (policy wise)
- Fixed some missing portraits
- Trait of Manchu Emperor Puyi was rebalanced in order to better represent what Qing is about, both before and after unifying China
- Integralist Austria and Danubia were renamed in order to better represent what is the direction of Hitler's ideology in the mod
- Small flags in German East Asia are finally working as intended

- St Pierre and Miquelon is now French core
- British Raj now starts with almost twice as large industry as it did before, but with large chunk of extra factories being in disputed territories which may turn out to be unfortunate for them
- German "The Key Nature of Resources from our colonies" focus was replaced with much more accessible and useful "Address the resource scarcity"
- Mountain Infantry is once more also considered a forest infantry "jaegers"
- Reckless trait for admirals was overhauled
- Technologies and OOB for Morocco, French Africa and Liberia as part of the future West African update were reworked
- ~~Persian~~ Iranian focus for steel company now also adds some factories and resources to make it look less bare
- The eternal neutrality of Ethiopia has ended
- The border conflicts decisions from now on cost also command power points
- A number of smaller quality of life changes and fixes, many of which I forgot to list in the first place xd

Some quick fixes to MIOs, advisers and error log, and also most importantly, Spanish civil war peace conferences should no longer crash the mod!
