Support new method for creating body locations. (Thanks to PZ Discord help!)

Smol update to fix selecting human on B41.

To anyone who actually reads this: I really really want B42 multiplayer! I don't play single player games :(

Apologies. Another fix for late starters - this time selecting non-humans.

This is a bug fix. It fixes selecting humans for those that do not have the mod enabled during character selection.

The B42 release was a little rushed. We did test it, but not thoroughly enough.

Some crashing issues have been addressed. Please let us know of any further bugs that you encounter.

• Build 42 is unstable. **Any updates to build 42 can and probably will break this mod and all saves.**
  
• Build 42 has no multiplayer support.
  
• Sub-mods have to be made Build 42-compatible.
