- Added support for the Rulers of the Sahara. Mostly changing the leader fallbacks because of their weird lighting and Cleo's and Sundiata's icon.

Added support for the Rulers of China Pack:
> Wu Zetian icon has been changed so its better centered and fits the style a bit more
> Yongle's static leader image now has the same calm demeanor of the animated version
> Yongle's unique projects all received their own new icons so they no longer reuse the custom religion ones.

(Finally) added support for the Great Commanders Pack:
> All icons have been changed as before to adapt to the style
> Nader Shah's leader image has been modified so it no longer looks like a midget
> Tokugawa's leader image has been changed because the angle was weird and the lighting made his eyes look like a doll.
> Suleiman's leader image has been slightly adjusted to fix a similar issue with the eyes.
