1. Added background sounds and scenery sounds to map.

Plan on adding loud speaker chatter later on.

2. Added additional starting spawn zone for teams 3-8 and a neutral zone.

Hopefully this will prevent players from spawning next to each other for the initial spawns in FFA modes. Previously FFA players would alternate between Red and Blue starting spawn zones. This also allows support for starting spawn zone for each team (1-8) in multi-team matches.
